If you catch me in a dress, or jeans, that’s a rare sight. Sneakers over heels any day. Happy Monday!! It’s the start of a new week, which means it’s time to hit that reset button and challenge yourself this week. I believe that in both your fitness routines, and more generally, in your life, if you aren’t feeling challenged, then you are just too comfortable. Pushing yourself to your limits and trying something new can always feel a bit scary, but what will get you through it is the people you surround yourself with. Those people will support you and raise you up when you need it most. No jealousy or competition, just solid support. When you feel confident and have a team behind you, that’s when the magic happens.
