#MondayMotivation because all Mondays should look like this! Grapefruit spritzes to celebrate great food, even more awesome company and beautiful sunny weather! The best thing about traveling with another foodie is knowing we're sharing everything so that we can try more! At @lemeac you can't miss the gazpacho, arugula & fennel salad (so lemony and fresh 🍋), mushroom raviolis and truffle oil salmon tartare! We LOVED this place, it felt like home to us ❤️
We've been lost being more present in the now and not so much in social media. Collecting the most precious moments and oh so much food! I know these aren't our best pictures but these fries were GLORIOUS! The most delicious vegetarian Poutine in Montreal can be found at Patati Patata. It's a Hidden gem in front of a beautiful park so if you don't find a spot to sit in or are travelling with a doggie like we did you can just order to go and have a snack in the park!
If you know us - you must know that coffee runs in our veins! With these hot days the hubby is into Espressos on ice ! No sugar,no milk. Just coffee on ice! He's got this theory that the ice melts slowly releasing just the right amount of water to blend in with the espresso. Quoting his words this is the best coffee he's ever had!! Love to see him enjoy the small things in life ❤️ @cafeneve
This is what we like to call "desayuno de campeones" a breakfast for champions!! It's not possible - not an option to be in Montreal and not have the best Montreal bagels ever in life! So we did our homework and went to @stviateurbagel and bought a dozen varied bagels to bring home ! Of course most of them are everything bagels!!! P.S: Don't get me wrong!! We LOVE NY bagels too, there's just so much love for all ❤️ 🥯 🐟
Not your regular Poutine nor salad!! This was the cantaloupe and citrus salad + the Cuban take on vegetarian Poutine made with Yuca instead of potatoes and it was delish! We'll stick with the OG (veggie version of Poutine) but this was a great experience you should try if you love Poutine! @lahabanera_mtl
One of the reasons why we LOVE living in Boston is it's closeness to so many cool places and beautiful cities!! Burlington, VT was our first stop in our way to Montreal and we loved it so much we can't wait to go back! We found ourselves under the sun in the most beautiful boulevard eating tuna tartar, hummus and pita, crispy potatoes, kale and quinua salad, red pepper falafel and chocolate mint cake for dessert! Wow is all we can say you MUST go to @honeyroadrestaurant and try for yourself!!
We're so in love with Providence, the water fire, the best food ALWAYS and those brick streets 💕 this time we came to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary and hubby brought me to the most exciting place! It's a restaurant incubator and Rosmarin is their most permanent pop-up. We went for the full experience with their tasting menu, it was a 6 plate menu beautifully curated just for us! The food and hospitality was phenomenal. We also loved their BYOB policy and the day couldn't have been any more perfect for their outdoor seating. Providence, we'll be back for more!
Three years ago I married the man of my dreams, my best friend and best partner in life! The man who makes me the happiest woman in the Universe! Happy Anniversary mi vida!!! Te amo infinitamente 💞
Tinned fish, tuna crudo, fried fish, great beer and even better company @saltiegirl !! Perfect brunch place for seafood lovers, it's cute and cozy and the food is delicious and simple! You can't reserve ahead so we highly recommend getting there early, leaving your name on the list and go get a mani-pedi in Back Bay while waiting! This one has definitely made it to our favorites!! 🐟 ❤️
Delicious Asian fusion, @banyanboston has a delightful outdoor sitting area and the friendliest staff! On brunch coffee is free and they can bring you games to play outdoors! We were so hungry we had to go straight to the food! Thai pesto noodles with tofu, tuna tartare, KFC (cauliflower) buns and $1 veggie dumplings !!!
The Somerville Porch Fest was a success! Our first time and definitely will not be the last! We loved all bands, their music, the ambience and it was just great to be outside in such a beautiful day! We ended up our day at @bronwynrestaurant we’ve always been reluctant to go because we keep kosher and their core is meat! But we are so HAPPY we went! They have delicious vegetarian options! Their vegetarian sausage is made of chickpeas it’s soo so good! Their buns are all made of pretzel dough and all together is just so delicious! We had great beers and the cucumber salad! Our friends had the most good looking hamburger we’ve seen in a long time! And those pork fat fries smelled like heaven 😂 so YES we’ll be back for more vegetarian options and YES we are so excited for their new project a Pizzeria! We are dying to try it as soon as it opens!!
I am still drooling about that pepper seared tuna! Wow so different from any tuna we’ve tasted before and oh so delicious! Great spot for sushi 🍣 and apps to share in Manhattan. Tell me what’s your favorite Japanese restaurant !!
I know I have been swamping you with news about Venezuela 🇻🇪 and this is not a political blog but my heart and mind are set on Venezuela right now. So I thought I should share this Baklava to sweeten your day- one of my favorite desserts!! My mom is a great baker and every birthday she would ask us what cake we wanted her to make for us. Every year I would ask for a different and exciting cake but I still remember that entire Pyrex of Pistachio Baklava! Here’s my take on the wonderful sandwiched layers of phyllo dough and pistachio- what a delight!!
