Nothing like a little Fight Club to wake you up on a Sunday morning! 😂 You hear me say all the time how I love these at home workouts. I say it so often because IT’S TRUE! I was able to squeeze in a 28 minute workout at home this morning with my 9 month old crawling around while my husband and 5 year old slept. I don’t know about you but that was always an excuse of mine. “I can’t fit it in my schedule” “I don’t have a lot of time”. It is still something I struggle with but I know how much BETTER I feel when I take this time for myself to take care off my mind and body. 🔆 Ab Exercises for Diastasis 🔆 — Lol, psyche! Any abdominal exercise that is right for YOU, is an exercise that is ok for diastasis. — We are mums. We carry small people round all day. We sit up to get out of bed. We twist under load. We bend under load. It’s silly for us to NOT train our abdominals to support us under load. — I have a diastasis, and I train abdominals. I’ll explain more about why later.
