Der AB-Coaster ist sicher eines der unterhaltsamsten Geräte im Studio. Das Problem dabei ist, dass viele nicht wissen, wie die verschiedenen Bauchmuskeln verlaufen, was jedoch notwendig ist, wenn man sie schon dynamisch trainieren möchte. 🔹Bezogen auf den m. Rectus abdominis muss man also Schambein und Brustbein/ Rippenbogen dichter zueinander führen, also möglichst das Becken aufrichten und den Rumpf einrollen. Besonders ersteres erfordert aber viel Übung. Dazu sollte man wissen: die (gerade) Bauchmuskulatur arbeitet im Alltag oder sportartbezogen fast ausschließlich haltend oder sogar exzentrisch. Bauchtraining sollte nach Möglichkeit also auch Halteübungen mit einbeziehen. 😏👈 .
