Sometimes all you have to do is show up 👊🏻 • Yesterday I didn’t feel like going to the gym. I was still a bit ill and weak, but mostly: I just didn’t want to do my leg day 😫 I told myself to just go and do a lighter leg day and after my warm up I ended up doing deadlifts, heavy lunges and leg curls to failure 💪🏻 • I talk a lot about motivation and being ‘ready’, but you are not going to be as excited every day to go to the gym, I definately am not 🤷🏼‍♀️ So that is where discipline and habits come in to play. Don’t feel sorry for yourself and show up... it might end up being your best workout of the week 👊🏻 And guess what? Because I went yesterday and I remembered how good it felt, I couldn’t wait to go today and I smashed that workout again 🤩

DONT BACK DOWN 🙌🏼💯 ____________________________________________ God lille lørdag dere 🥰 Man må nok stå for det man sier... å det gjorde jeg i dag 💪🏼 Altså! 10 km på mølle er i dag gjennomført. Det er min første 10 km på mølle noen sinne og jeg er gjennomvåt !! 😅 som vanlig CAR jeg litt for tøff i tryne... og gikk litt hardt ut på begynnelsen så det ble ikke den beste tiden 🤷🏽‍♂️ Men men! Første km ble 5.45 med en fart på 11,5kph Under hele økten hadde jeg en inkl på 3% Måtte senge farten noe etter hvert 💀 Nå er det litt små kramper i leggene, og lårene gjør litt ondt... men hode... vel det er over gjennomsnitte våkent 😁 _____________________________________________
