A must try recipe for salmon👍🏻 Ingredients: 2 fillet salmon-skin off or on Salt and pepper, to season 1 tablespoons butter 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon water 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice, (plus extra to serve) Lemon wedges to serve Add the salmon to the sauce in the pan cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden, Add the lemon wedges around the salmon (optional) Then transfer the pan to your oven to broil / grill for a further 5-6 minutes, or until the tops of the salmon are nicely charred. This amazing salad can be taken as a meal or as a side depending what quantity you would like to serve. This weekend make your meal very interesting by trying this #salad which is #tasty #delicious and extremely #healthy Salad tossed with just right #ingredients okay so here you go! Get the below ingredients This would serve 1 One boneless chicken breast - tastes best when grilled Or you can cut chicken cubes and saute it on a non stick pan with very lil olive oil Get some freshlly ground black pepper Thinly sliced Yellow and red bell pepper And some green capsicum too I added some thinly sliced onion and fresh thinly sliced tomato on top you can add it too It's optional to add cherry tomatoes incase you want Also, I added Jalapenos thinly sliced you can add it too it's optional And yes not to forget to shred we fresh basil leaves with your hands on top of the ready salad It tastes yum! So all you gotta do is Keep the above ingredients ready In a pan Let all the veggies saute and let the crunch stay their don't over cook them and then toss the grilled chicken with it add salt and pepper to taste In a bowl take about a TBS of vinegar , finely chopped and minced garlic like about 1 tsp add some red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil whisk All this together Now toss the chicken and veggies along with vinegar mix you prepared. Let this salad be kept a side for atleast half n hour or minimum of 15 min as it will taste even better. NUTRIENT DENSE VS CALORIE DENSE⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Nothing peeves me more than someone saying “I could never eat that much” WHAT!? 1500 calories is NOT a lot. We live in this world where we are told to under eat. When you fill your diet with nutrient dense foods you can get a whole lot of volume but y’all it’s not a lot of caloric energy! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You can and you HAVE ate that much. Often times people feel like they “don’t eat that much” because they’re not eating a lot of volume but the type of food you eat matters! A candy bar and pop can easily have as many calories as an entire meal yet you’re “not eating that much” ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ My advice!? Make sure your diet is made up of necessary nutrients first and foremost then feel free to add in the calorie dense items. You need calories to live. You NEED gas to drive the car!!
