If you work out, it is not "necessary" to take a protein supplement but it does make it easier to consume the protein your body needs, especially if you are exercising. I use #protein powder not only for shakes. ⠀ Here’s #receipt of quick protein #dessert 🍮: ⠀ 🤤 1 cup almond slices and 2 tbs poppyseeds - roast ⠀ 🤤Agar agar 2 tbs — add 2 cups of boiled water, mix and allow it to simmer ⠀ 🤤Meanwhile, 2 cups no fat ricotta cheese 2 scoop of vanilla protein powder 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt 1 cup stevia Blend it, add agar agar and blend again. ⠀ 🤤Put it into container with almonds and add some berries. Refrigerate it for 3 hours. RECIPE 2 carrots 1 tablespoon oil ¼ cup parmesan cheese (25 g) 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon pepper ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (10 g) ½ teaspoon salt DIPPING SAUCE 2 tablespoons greek yogurt 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon pepper Preparation Preheat oven to 400°F (200˚C). Slice the top and bottom off of carrots then slice them in half, slice each half into thirds lengthwise. In a large bowl, mix ingredients with carrot sticks. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them). Mix together ingredients for dipping sauce in a small bowl. Serve warm carrots with dipping sauce. Topped with Parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
