One pan Moroccan chickpea stew . This only took 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook and it’s all made in one pan so there’s hardly any cleaning up either 🙌🏻 . Ingredients; chopped tomatoes, chickpeas, tomato purée, pepper, red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, natural yoghurt, almonds . Method; fry your chopped peppers, onions and garlic cloves in olive oil until they’re softened. Add the tomato purée/chopped tomatoes and stir together for a few minutes. Add your drained chickpeas and stir for another 3-4 minutes and then season to taste. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and crushed almonds and you’re done 🤤 .
