Då var det dags för maxning i de 3 stora lyften knäböj , bänkpress och marklyft. Målen jag hade uppsatt för dagen var: 150kg knäböj 120kg bänkpress (tangerat PB) 190kg marklyft Men eftersom jag hade sånt jäkla bra stöd av @hannesaldebert aka nya strengthcoach?? Och @oskarjirdell Så gick dagen över förväntan och jag lyckades gå över mina viktmål. Det slutade med att jag gjorde 160kg knöböj (17,5kg + över senaste PB) 127,5kg bänkpress (7,5kg+) 200kg marklyft (20kg +) Swipa ——-> för att se alla lyft. Om ni undrar vad jag sniffar och skriker om så är det Hannes hittepå ammoniak för lite extra kick 🤷‍♂️ Mitt första träningsblock är avklarat och det har funkat ruskigt bra, jag är starkare än jag någonsin varit och motivationen är uppe i taket. Det var precis detta jag var ute efter min tävlingssatsning och mycket pga all coachning från @thomandersson under tävlingsdieten så har han eldat i mig så mycket motivation för denna byggnadsfasen och vett att hålla mig till planen hela vägen. Nu väntar en veckas välbehövlig deload för att ladda om batterierna. Weekends on the Gold Coast are for waves, the beach, sand, sweat and salt water 🌊🏄‍♂️ but with this comes an elevated risk of dehydration. As the heat makes you lose water via sweat your normal reaction is to@go into the salt water to cool off, what you may not realise though is the salt water furthers the dehydration via osmosis. Further water is drawn out of your skin due to the higher salt concentration in the solvent (water) than the water that is contained within your body. Drinking water is one way to combat this but you do not replenish the electrolytes in your system with water alone... as a matter of fact if only water is consumed after partial dehydration you run the risk of diluting your natural balance. Surfers this is you so be on your game so you can be at the top of your game 🤙🏽 Fortunately I have my @optimumnutrition.ausnz amino energy with electrolytes with me for times like these to help me slay the day 🤙🏽

Today, for no apparent reason, I just felt flat. When I have these days I now know to simply take a step back and push pause for a bit. To me self-care is vital in leading a healthy lifestyle. . Self-care to me means adopting a mindset that makes your physical and mental health a priority. It shows in behavior like getting enough sleep and eating well, and in many other aspects of life. . It means: . ✔️ Saying “no” to extra obligations without guilt. ✔️ Liking yourself, and liking how you do things. ✔️ Setting boundaries with family or friends who demand too much energy. ✔️ Standing up for yourself. ✔️ Giving yourself the gift of mindfulness (through meditation or yoga, for example). ✔️ Making a healthy diet, regular exercise and adequate rest your personal priorities. ✔️ Asking for help without hesitation or shame. ✔️ Treating yourself with kindness and compassion as you work toward your goals. . #selfcaresaturday
