This week I ended my diet, and while I am not eating donuts every day, I will on occasion to celebrate things like TWO NEW PRS! 235 lb squat and 140 lb bench! I have started this fall stronger than I was in spring when I started dieting. Dude I cannot TELL you how amped I am! Now to see what next week brings for my deadlift!
