Of course prime times where water should be consumed is right in the morning, after a meal, pre/during/post training, and right before bed (so all the time). Adding in a colourful lime helps alkalize our body, and we want to be in alkaline state for most of our lives to be in a prime state to fight off any potential threat to our body. Make sure the water you are drinking is not acidic. . We tend to get into a routine of eating the same things everyday, and itโ€™s good to break habit and grocery shop new colours we have not bought before. Of course I am referring to whole foods that are packed with various micronutrients that our bodies might be low on. . Todayโ€™s Sunday session was shoulders: Upright row 10x4 Dumbbell side raise 10x4 Barbell front raise 10x4 10kg Cable reverse 15x4 Machine shrug 15x4 40kg x2 50kgx2 I had to completely skip military press as my left shoulder giving me grief when lifting weights higher yet others donโ€™t hurt. I have an old injury at the back of left shoulder so taking it steady with that. Also missed out overhead shoulder press machine as thatโ€™s the one what hurts every time so Iโ€™m now doing an alternative for that. You need to do this technique if you want a chiseled chest. I came up with it a while back and tried it... and man did it knock the breath out of me! It takes 2 minutes to do and it hits every single chest muscle fiber to give you a full rounded chest. Superman would be jealous of you! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Do 3 sets of these. Here's what you need to do. You will start off with the highest incline on an adjustable bench and do dumbbell press till failure. Then you lower the bench one notch, and then go to failure again. You will continue in this fashion until you reach failure on every angle leading up to the lowest angle. Mine had a decline angle as well which I ended the gauntlet set with. One thing to keep in mind is to use the same weight on all angles. The reason you start from the highest incline angle is because you are the weakest there and get stronger mechanically stronger as you lower the angle on the bench. So if you had started at a flat angle, then you wouldn't have been able to even get the weight up by the time you reached the highest incline. So always start high inline and end flat (or decline if your bench has that). Give that a try I guarantee that you will feel an amazing pump!
