Should you DIRTY BULK or LEAN BULK? - - - I have done both and from my experience I’d have to say that from my dirty bulk the only thing I really achieved was getting excessive amounts of fat. Currently I’m in a Lean bulking stage trying not to get over 210lbs, 10-12%, my energy levels are amazing, I don’t feel sloppy and the best part is I’m putting on size with minimal fat gain. Once I notice my BF or my BW going up I throw in cardio or slightly drop my calories. Whenever building a physique you have to make small changes. Making big changes will confuse the shit out of your body and do more harm than good. - - - So to conclude I’d ALWAYS recommend a LEAN bulking phase over a DIRTY bulk any day!

This will help you engage your back more than your arms while performing the exercises! ⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ cable row - overhand or underhand grip⁣ 2️⃣ bent over cable row - focus on pulling the bar towards your hip crease!⁣ 3️⃣ Kayak rows - be sure keep a slight bend in the elbows⁣ 4️⃣ seated preacher curls - brace your arms on your knees ⁣ 5️⃣ cable curls ⁣ ⁣ i also added some heavy barbell rows and pull-ups into this workout 🤩

😃BIG SMILES TODAY....⁣ ⁣ Because my first chem test is OVER and I don’t think I failed!!!!! 🧫 🧪 WOOOO!!!!! ⁣ ⁣ ALSO I am pretty sure I am on the last couple weeks of this mini cut/diet! Another WOOOO!!!!! Gimme my carbs back please @nicktongstrong 🙄😜⁣ ⁣ In all honesty guys, this has been the easiest cut I have ever done. I didn’t even feel hungry until this week!! ⁣ ⁣ A HUGE reason for this is because I prioritized protein at each meal and made sure I was eating nutrient dense foods! I also use a nutrient pack and greens supplement to make sure my body has what it needs so I don’t feel hungry! ⁣ ⁣ And just so you guys know, this mini cut was not to lose a bunch of weight! It was actually to reset my digestive system and it give it a break for when I go back to a muscle growing phase 💪🏼🤪 (which I am very excited for...) ⁣ ⁣ So lots of exciting things happening soon! Walking 30min a day minimum 🤓 #DefNotStaged 👀 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ As a part of my 5 day challenge, one of the principles is to walk 30min a day 🙌 MANY of us are busy working 8hrs a day at a desk, get home, and then hop on the couch out of exhaustion 🛋We gotta break the habit 🙅‍♀️ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 30min of walking (or 3 10min walks) can go a long way in your weight loss efforts (burn an extra 500-1000cals per week? ✅), make major improvements in blood glucose regulation REGARDLESS of weight loss, get blood pumping, and help with mood ☀️ alertness 🤓 and energy 💪 PLUS it’s a good excuse to spend some quality time with someone or some alone time 🤗 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ For me, it goes a long way for my productivity and gives me an excuse to get out of the office and house 🌻 Gets me refreshed to come back in and crush the rest of the day 💪 ...and I burn more calories 👍 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ I’m challenging YOU to up your walk game this week!
