Egg calzone!! I worked this out at: 414 Cals, 23.6g Fat, 40g Protein. So I like making weird stuff with eggs.. this was sooooo good and very low carb. 14.9 overall. Just made a standard 3 egg omelette, with spinach, tomatoes, peppers, a splash of almond milk and a cut up babybell. Herbs and spices to taste! Flip it onto a plate, layer a few thin slices of ham and fold over! Could add some tomato purรฉe for that extra taste but itโ€™s already quite sweet, I recommend adding some salt and plenty of black pepper. Jaaaaa, fรผr gerade mal 240 kcal!!! Cool oder?
