Yes, you can #mealprep tacos. Have #tacotuesday every day next week with these 295 cal (per 2 tacos!) shrimp tacos with a creamy lime cilantro sauce. 🤤 Swipe to third slide for macros! All you’ll need for these guilt-free #shrimptacos (makes 4 servings aka 8 tacos): -1 lb shrimp -4 cups shredded cabbage -3 cloves garlic -1/4 cup cilantro leaves -2 large limes, juiced -3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt -1 tbsp olive oil -s+p to taste -8 tortillas (to get these macros I used @latortillafactory low carb flour tortillas) For shrimp: Marinate shrimp in juice of 1 lime with salt + fresh ground black pepper to taste. For best results cook in cast iron skillet, but a frying pan will work fine! For sauce: Add yogurt, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, and juice of one lime to blender. Add salt to taste (I typically add ~1/2 tsp). I also add some hot sauce for a touch of heat but this is optional. Blend until smooth. To serve: I serve mine with 1 cup of shredded cabbage per serving plus 2 low carb soft taco flour tortillas. You can use other tortillas but this will change the macros! Also in the photo I have some of the sauce drizzled over the shredded cabbage but I’ve found that it stores better if you keep the sauce in a small container and just pour it over your tacos/slaw when serving. Additionally you can add other toppings like this chunky guac from @goodfoods, which adds an additional 70 cals per serving. Tiene 150 calorías, es baja en carbohidratos y es SÚPER saciante porque la porción es bastante generosa 💥 No se demoran más de 15 minutos haciéndola, así que pruébenla y me cuentan 🤩🤩🤩 - Ingredientes: * 1 taza de arroz de coliflor 🍚 * 1/4 de taza de queso finesse rallado 🧀 @estilomujeresalpina * 1/2 taza de champiñones 🍄 * 2 cdas de leche de almendras 🥛 @so_delicious (La consiguen súper barata en D1) * 2 cdas de cebolla cabezona * 1/2 cda de orégano 🌿 * Sal y pimienta al gusto 🧂 - Procedimiento: 1. Para hacer el arroz de coliflor lo único que tienes que hacer es rallar la cabeza de un coliflor y listo 🎉 2. En una olla a fuego 🔥 medio vas a poner a sofreír la cebolla (yo le puse un poquito de aceite de coco a la olla) 3. Cuando la cebolla esté transparente agregas los champiñones 🍄 4.
