Uno de mis ejercicios favoritos son los PUSH UP en paralelas. Conseguimos una mayor elongación del pectoral, siendo mayor también el reclutamiento de fibras musculares. La cintura escapular debe estar estabilizada en todo momento, y los codos hacia dentro para proteger la articulación del hombro (glenohumeral). Si además lo implementamos con apoyo inestable (Fitball, BOSU, ...) realizamos un trabajo muy exigente de Core. La velocidad de ejecución es importantísima en esta progresión. Mein neuer Podcast ist online Steuer 1x1 für Personal Trainer und Coaches - Die Geschäftsreise Was musst Du alles bei einer Geschäftsreise beachten und was kannst Du steuerlich absetzen? Sicherlich bist Du schon mal geschäftlich verreist. Zum einen können wir als selbstständige Unternehmer jede Form von Geschäftsreise oder Fahrt steuerrechtlich geltend machen, zum anderen gibt es aber auch klare Vorgaben, was möglich ist und was nicht. In meinem heutigen Podcast gebe ich Dir Tipps und Ratschläge, wie Du schnell und unkompliziert Deine Geschäftsreisen aufzeichnen kannst. Du solltest auf alle Fälle all Deine Geschäftsreisen in einer Übersicht aufführen und diese Deinem Steuerberater geben, damit er die entsprechenden Pauschalen ansetzen und in Deiner Einnahmen-Überschussrechnung angeben kann. Wichtig ist hierbei zu wissen, dass so ein "Geschäftsreisetagebuch" nichts mit einem Fahrtenbuch zu tun hat. Ich spreche im Podcast ebenso darüber, warum wir unser Essen bei einer Geschäftsreise nicht absetzen können und was es sonst noch alles zu beachten gibt. Ergänzend zum meinem eBook "Das Steuer 1x1 für Personal Trainer und Coaches" erhältst Du mit dem Podcast auch einen Download-Link zu einer PDF-Datei mit weiteren Informationen. Außerdem bekommst Du eine Vorlagentabelle, in der Du Deine Geschäftsreisen auflisten kannst. Diese Tabelle habe ich Dir als Numbers- bzw. Excel-Tabelle hinterlegt.

Back in the game and the hunt to slay the 250kg DeadLift continues as I get closer to it everyday. Hit 230kgs raw..no belt, no straps..just balls of steal and the will to go lift with like minded lifting souls like @coach_mogambo I’ve been on my Strength Program for a couple of months now and the gains are showing..my strength levels are gradually improving as well. The only change is, I’ve moved from skinny denims to loose fits and I can’t shop in Zara no more..lol. I feel stronger and much more lethal than I ever felt before and my lifts are getting solid by the day. The key is to LIFT-REST-RECOVER. We never planned to do 1RM’s today..it’s was more on Reps at 80%...but eventually tested it out and here I am slaying 230kg. I’m happy..but still hungry to hit 250 in the next 6 weeks. #phantomboss #yougotthis

That’s modern life with toxins and horrific food choices... That impacts the brain! Imagine you don’t breathe through your nose to in reach the lower part of the lungs that hold most red blood cells to accept more oxygen. That impacts the brain! Imagine a lymphatic system that can’t keep the fluid between cells clear so you can actually deliver glucose and oxygen to the cell. It’s NOT about having nutrients, it’s about absorbing them. If they can’t get inside the cell, they are useless. That’s called malabsorption. That impacts the brain!” - Dr. Perry. PS: Although this post is about the brain, these things stand for almost everything else! . 📌 The brain consumes roughly 20% of your daily calories. It’s one hungry beast and for a reason! Let’s talk about oxygen a bit. “In all serious disease we find a concomitant low oxygen state. ...Low oxygen in the body tissues is a sure indicator of disease... Hypoxia or lack of oxygen in the tissues, is the fundamental cause for all degenerative disease.” - Dr. Stephen Levine (molecular biologist). Yet another reason to breathe correctly AND clear your lymph. If oxygen can’t get into the cells, it’s useless! Breathe through your nose (that increases oxygen delivery via CO2) and from the diaphragm, move more - more often and more ways, relax more (stress tightens muscles and tight tissue doesn’t accept blood flow well - which means poor oxygen delivery), eat healthier and spend more time in a healthier environment and with better people... You don’t just get sick overnight out of nowhere. It takes time to breakdown before you feel symptoms... The body never does anything WITHOUT A REASON! And, NO system works ALONE (no system gets “injured” alone or heals alone)! ...Incessant stress causes tension - which chokes off blood flow, and decreased oxygen leads to unhealthy tissue and pain (and pain/symptom is always a call for change)!
