Just want to say big congratulations to Maria @mariamiah_ who has just completed a 3 month programme with me. Maria has been great fun to work with and I always look forward to our sessions together. She has had bad experiences working with Personal Trainers in the past so I’m very pleased to say I was able to change her opinion! Here’s what she has to say about our time working together so far. ⭐️ I have trained with Zack for 3 months now, and I honestly wouldn’t want to train with anyone else. I have had a few personal trainers in the past, but I never really connected with them or saw any kind of results. My biggest obstacle when it came to training was gaining muscle and actually being able to lift heavier weights then what I am used to. As I started training with Zack he helped me to push myself with lifting heavier and I have become more comfortable with what I am doing in the gym. As a result I have seen so much difference in my body shape and I feel so much better within my self.
