ASIAN NOODLES WITH (5 MIN)SWEET SESAME “SOY” SAUCE⠀⠀ ///⠀⠀ wow something other than a pumpkin recipe or a baked good!?⠀lolol⠀ BUT If you’re craving the perfect sauce for noodles, this is it!!!! I call it a “soy” sauce because i used coconut aminos instead of normal soy sauce but totally use soy if you want!! tbh the best recipes are the ones that require only a handful of ingredients so go make thisssss ⠀ ⠀ 🌿dEATS:⠀⠀ for the noodles-⠀⠀ tikkiyama gf noodles⠀⠀ sprouts⠀⠀ mushrooms⠀⠀ kale⠀⠀ beet sauerkraut ⠀⠀ 1 tsp @traderjoes umami seasoning⠀⠀ minced garlic⠀⠀ s&p⠀⠀ (toppings: nutritional yeast, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes)⠀⠀ >>>>boil noodles then sauté mushrooms and kale in a separate pan with minced garlic, umami seasoning and s&p(preferably a wok or larger pan), when the noodles are done add them to the wok and mix in the mushrooms and kale... once the sweet sesame sauce is done pour all of it into the wok and mix.. add into a bowl and top with sauerkraut, sprouts, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, &nutritional yeast..⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ for the sauce-⠀⠀ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic ⠀⠀ 1 tbsp sesame oil ⠀⠀ 2 tbsp rice vinegar⠀⠀ 4 tbsp coconut aminos ⠀⠀ 1/2 tbsp siracha⠀⠀ 1 tsp ginger⠀⠀ 1 tbsp coconut sugar⠀⠀ 1/2 tsp arrowroot flour(or corn starch)⠀⠀ >>>add all ingredients except for arrowroot flour to a small pot, let that cook for about 2 minutes, then add arrowroot and stir quickly.. the sauce will then thicken up.. cook on a low simmer for another 5 min⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀
