IMPROVE YOUR PUSH UP WITH THREE MOVES 💥⁣ ⁣ Running doesn’t mean you have to neglect your strength training, in fact keeping your body strong is a sure way to reduce risk of injury. ⁣ ⁣ The push up is one of those exercises I’m always told “I can’t do and never been able.” So I’ve covered THREE different exercises for you to use. They help strengthen the muscles used during your push up, targeting them through isolated exercises. ⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ Dumbbell Z press: This will challenge your core too, aim for 4x6-8 reps. ⁣ ⁣ 2️⃣ Kneeling tricep extensions: Keep your abs + glutes engaged, and aim for 4x10-12 ⁣ ⁣ 3️⃣ Negatives: Focusing on the downward phase, will help to strengthening the upward phase of the push up. ENFIN ma cuisse ne m'embête plus. 🤗 J'en profite donc pour faire une sortie "trail" assez longue. Parcecque dimanche je serais au départ du trail de la colline (31km-1100m de D+) 😁. Je me suis amusé comme un fou sans aucune douleur 💪🏼, jusqu'au 16ème kilomètres ou je commence un peu galéré mais je tiens bon 👊🏼. 《Dewy+ 加分水運動補給飲料✖️運動筆記》 常常聽朋友說夏天勤勞一點練跑,等到秋冬天賽季來到,就是見真章的時候了!因為夏天不但可以鍛鍊耐熱能力,還必須忍受在高溫下長時間運動大量流汗造成的疲憊感,根本就是最考驗意志力的時期。 在炎炎夏日運動,馬上就汗流浹背,訓練後衣褲都濕到可以擰出好多的汗水,鞋子裡面也像踩進過水窪一樣,但我非常享受大汗淋灕過後的感覺,會讓心情非常愉悅!這時如果來一點冰冰涼涼的飲料一定超棒,興奮得衝到便利商店看著琳瑯滿目的飲料櫃,身為跑者,為了補充流失的電解質,第一首選當然就是:運動飲料! 選擇運動飲料需要注意些什麼? 市面上的運動飲料選擇五花八門,常常讓我眼花撩亂選擇困難症發作,有些為了追求口感添加了許多糖份及香料來吸引消費者,身體無形之中攝取多餘的鈉及熱量,讓愛美怕胖的女孩不但會擔心攝取多餘的熱量,對身體也可能會造成不必要的負擔。因此我們要先了解為什麼大量流汗後,需要喝運動飲料,才能選擇有利身體吸收的運動飲品。 在大量流汗過後,身體不僅流失大量的水份,同時也流失了大量的電解質(鈉、氯、鉀等離子),而電解質不平衡容易造成口乾舌燥、疲勞無力、抽筋、生理機能穩定性下降等問題。身體處於脫水狀態時,就會影響運動表現,體溫也會升高,所以補水的方式及時機不容忽視。 我們都知道流汗要喝運動飲料,那運動飲料除了需要包含電解質之外,還需要特別注意什麼呢?那就是「滲透壓!」 / / 🔸滲透壓的重要性 滲透壓其實就是人體細胞外的溶液對細胞膜產生的壓力,而人體的滲透壓約為 270 - 330 mOsm / kg,因此滲透壓會影響水分進入細胞的方向。當水份往溶質高的方向移動時,就會不利於身體吸收水份,例如:喝高糖份的飲料、茶類都會影響水份吸收。 而等滲透壓就是細胞內外容液的滲透壓相同,利於細胞吸收水分。因此調整電解質與碳水化合物的比例,讓滲透壓與人體滲透壓相當時,可以讓我們的身體再吸收水份時更快速,讓運動表現能維持最佳狀態,可以在超過 90 分鐘以上的運動中飲用。 低滲透壓的運動飲料,糖份與電解質含量較低,低糖低鈉像是純水,可以更快速補充細胞的水份,適合 60 分鐘內的運動訓練飲用。 喝加分水的好處:相信你一定喝過甜膩的運動飲料,喝完後如果沒再配水,喉嚨會有不舒服的卡痰感。仔細一看市售的運動飲料,多半額外多添加了果糖、色素、防腐劑等原料,這樣不僅會攝取額外的熱量,以及其他身體不需要之物質,更會不利身體吸收水份。 加分水不僅無添加果糖、無色素、無防腐劑,而且低熱量,愛美的女生不用怕變胖,再加上加分水滲透壓值在200(+/-15 )mOsm / kg左右,簡直比270 mOsm / kg 的低滲透壓還低,身體更能迅速吸收及補充流失的電解質與水份,簡直是一兼二顧,摸蜊仔兼洗褲! / / 🔸加分水適用對象 1️⃣大汗淋灕的運動員 2️⃣長時間工作熬夜加班的人 3️⃣考試緊張壓力大的學生 4️⃣氣色差欠缺水份的人 / / 🔸加分水體驗:我的流汗量在夏天長時間跑步後,都會很像從泳池上岸的人一樣,衣褲可以擰出很多水之外,連襪子鞋子都濕透。所以我更注意水分與電解質的補充,加上我很不愛太甜的運動飲料,以往買運動飲料的時候我都還會加水稀釋;加分水喝起來不膩口,喝起來很清爽順暢,也不會有卡痰的感覺,現在晨跑跑得滿身大汗,也不用煩惱帶水又要帶運動飲料,也不用花時間再加水稀釋,帶一罐加分水就夠了!覺得很輕鬆方便!尤其是冰過後喝起來更清爽呢!我才了解為什麼加分水被 NBA 台灣 3X3 指定為官方運動飲料! / / 🔸貼心提醒:平時多觀察自己運動時的身體狀態,是對自己身體健康該負的責任。譬如注意自己流汗量、熱量的補充與運動後該攝取的養分之類的細節,才能在賽事的時候保持最佳的狀態,創出佳績! 再來,還要注意補充運動飲料的時間點,天氣炎熱,運動超過一小時就必須適時補充電解質,還要特別注意不要馬上攝取高含糖飲品或不利身體吸收水分的飲品,除此之外,也不建議運動前就先喝運動飲料,可能會造成脫水的現象,要特別小心!注意以上貼心小提醒才能越運動越健康唷。 趕快到以下通路幫自己加分吧! 連鎖超商:7-11、全家、萊爾富、全聯、頂好、新東陽 連鎖賣場:大潤發、家樂福 網路購物:PC home 絕地求生M限量聯名加分價 409 元(24入) 以上文章由 三皇生物科技 / 加分水 贊助刊出。 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #run #running #runningmotivation #runner #marathontraining #marathon #跑步 #跑了就懂 #fitnessmotivation #fitness #fitnessgirl #igfit #taiwan #runnersofinstagram #runningmanchallenge #跑步人生 #positivevibes #runnerlife #runnersofinstagram #跑步女生 #garmin #runningbiji

In previsione della gara #corripavia che si terrà il 29 di questo mese, ho provato a fare quasi 4km di saluta e discesa dal ponte per dare uno stravolgimento alle gambe e vedere di risentirne il meno possibile in gara. Mi hanno detto che è difficile per le salite, discesa e i continui cambi direzione e tornanti gli ultimi 3 km.
