Frontal plate raise. ° Who does these in their workouts? ° What are the benefits of doing these? ° What muscles does this exercise work? The frontal plate raise is a great exercise to throw into your shoulder routine. This exercise primarily works the anterior deltoids. How do you do this exercise? 🤔 1. Stand upright and keep spine nice and neutral. 2. Grip weight with hands in 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock position as if you holding the steering wheel of your car. 3. Start with the weight out in front of you low by your waist. 4. Lift up in level with shoulders and keep arm extended keeping a small bend in then arms and keeping off lock. 5. Lower and repeat the process. There you go guys. Try adding this into your routine and drop me a message and tell me how you went on.

Another best for me on the incline reverse band smith press! Last time I had these in the program I hit 300 for 6 as a best. Today was 315 for 7. . The nice thing about the first few weeks during a cut and transitioning for a strength to a hypertrophy program is you get some sarcoplasmic gains due to the increase in volume. . Plus introducing new movements gets you some quick gains from neural adaptation. . I’m down 5 pounds so I don’t expect the gains to keep coming for long. Pretty soon I’ll struggling just to hold onto reps! And that’s okay! . An important thing to realize during long term fat loss is you’ll get to a point where you have to fight just to maintain performance in an effort to maintain as much muscle as possible. . Accepting this fact is key because when your training begins to get difficult you may begin to want to stray from your fatloss goal. . . . . . . . #revamptrainingsystems
