Use the block to ensure hand/elbow distance. Elbows aligned with shoulders. Keep the shoulder strong & lifted (No pressure to the head & neck). Slowly walk the feet towards elbow and pike the butt to sky. (Upside V). Breathe & hold (3-5 cycle breaths).
