HOW TO BUILD NICE ARMS💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 Simplified Explanation 1. Train them 2-3 times a week hitting different joint angles to emphasize long head, short head and brachialis. 2. Progressive overload 3. No cheating! Swinging you body or rocking is the biggest mistake I see people do, lower the weight and CONTROL it. Look how i keep my entire body stable (isometric) and force the entire work to be done by my biceps. 4.Genetics play a huge part in how your muscles are shaped once built, so if you are aiming for someone else's arms you will never be satisfied because your genes are unique. 5. Nutrition is crucial as with building any kind of muscle and staying healthy and proper recovery 6. Sleep a minimum of 8 hours, no excuses. I dont train arms as much since I'm more focused on oly now but once you make the muscle growth its much easier to maintain a certain level of definition and aesthetics.
