Aunque no lo crean si la rutina de ustedes se basa en hacer Piernas Glúteos Piernas Glúteos Piernas Glúteos ❌❌❌ Jamás van a ver avances y van a tener un nivel de estancamiento tremendo, el cuerpo necesita descanso y el momento en el que tu cuerpo realmente le saca provecho a ese entrenamiento es durante el descanso, es ahí donde ocurre la magia . Yo hago piernas MÁXIMO 2 veces por semana, mínimo una vez pero bien hechos los ejercicios, teniendo conexión mente-músculo durante todooo el entrenamiento, manteniendo a raya los descansos, retando a mi cuerpo y no poniéndome cómoda con un peso que me permite sacar 50 repeticiones de cualquier ejercicio . Si tenes en cuenta cada cosa que te acabo de decir vas a ver como ves resultados con uno o dos entrenamientos de piernas por semana. . Entrenen hasta lo que no les gusta (en mi caso es pecho 🥺😅 lo odio) y bueno de hecho a mi me gusta mas entrenar espalda y hombros son mis músculos favoritos y le pongo hasta mas amor que a los días de piernas o glúteos 🤭 o sea todo lo entreno parejo, pesado e intenso pero siendo honesta me gustan mas los días de espalda y hombros 🤤
