Week 2 - Day 7: #thesufferfest “Revolver”. This was my second session today and I really enjoyed it. The high cadence intervals above threshold felt almost like a Recovery ride after doing goat 🐐 earlier today. Also, this #hincapiesportswear kit is legit, fabric feels awesome, super comfortable. A huge thanks as well to the guys @rockonwheels_cycleski for always taking great care of my bikes, the bottom bracket feels awesome 😎

Week 2 - Day 6: @thesufferfest “The Omnium”. Some days you don’t feel 100% to do a hard workout but you still do it because you must. Also, some sessions are just hard and make you hold for dear life, no matter how much you want to stop your workout and throw in the towel. The Omnium is one of those sessions and yesterday was one of those days. This is were mental strength and believing in yourself comes into play. Not only have I been putting time and effort into these kick ass cycling workouts that @thesufferfest offers, but I don’t think I would have been able to finish yesterday’s session without following their mental strength program, so kudos 👍 and chapeau 🎩to everyone at #thesufferfest.

Week 1 - Day 6: “Local Hero” puts the hammer down and really tests your ability to ride at and above threshold for a considerable amount of time. The video above is the last interval, riding at 450 watts - 100+rpm, after 1:20 hours of an abomination of a workout. . I wanted to throw in the towel a couple of times before I started believing that I could actually finish it. My allergies have been really bad as well, which makes it a bit more complicated. . I can see massive gains already and it’s been only 1 week into the program 👍

Week 1 - Day 2: Today I did the Downward Spiral workout from @thesufferfest as part of the 4 week sprinter program. The 4DP setup for the power targets is amazing, I’m feeling confident and excited to see my gains. . It did make me really hungry though, I need to try and eat as healthy as possible and to have good portion control to keep my weight loss on track.

Today I started the 4 week @thesufferfest Sprinter training program. I did yoga and the cadence builds workout afterwards, consisting of sprints starting from 90rpm and leading up to 135 rpm. I used the recovery portion to simulate a bit of climbing and stretch the legs at 90 rpm. . I’m looking forward doing a classic #thesufferfest workout tomorrow: The Downward Spiral.
