💊 Who is a supplement junkie? 💊 I feel now a days supplements are being used as a substitute for eating food and it’s like an addiction to have a bag of pills everyday. ✨Here are my supplement thoughts: **do you have basic vitamin deficiencies, D, B12 etc? Then find a high quality plant based supplement to boost those levels. **Do you have super herbs you want to consume that need be best delivered in a supplement form? Then find a top quality herbalist or medicinal mushroom company and purchase from them. **Do you have gut issues? If so throwing a lot of tablets into your body will be fairly useless if not of top quality because your body will not utilize them. *do you travel a lot? If so then using supplements like shown (E3 live) that are easy to take when you can’t mix powders is ideal. Learning to eat real food should be the goal and yes it’s hard to make up for deficiencies and get everything we need all the time from food. But supplements alone are not a replacement for eating nutrient dense real food 🥒🥬🍋🥑🥦🥥🍏
