I love taking cooking classes in Mexico. Food is such a huge part of the culture. It connects us to each other and the history of our ancestors. I love learning all about how food has developed and changed. I get so excited to learn how to make the dishes that I love so much. I took a cooking class in Oaxaca with @cocina_oaxaquena_sonia_ and had the best time. That’s why I’ve been putting together baking/cooking workshops because it brings us together to appreciate the process of making the meals we love so we can then share it with others. Three tickets left to our pozole workshop in a few weeks.

This photo of the city of Florence with the old bridge or Ponte Vecchio was taken from Piazzale Michelangelo. The Ponte Vecchio is a medieval bridge over the Arno River. It is one of the most beautiful in the world with hanging houses on the sides that today are jewelries and luxury stores. By the bridge crosses the famous Vasari corridor, this was used by the Medici to go from Palazzo Vecchio to Palazzo Pitti without having to go outside 🌉
