Trying not to cry.... last time I saw myself in these mirrors I looked very different- NOTE THIS IS NOT A VANITY THING! It’s a strength and cellular thing... I was so strong, and yes now I have a beautiful son whom I wouldn’t change for the world, but I wonder if I had pushed through the nausea and mental fog better if I would have been stronger now... so I started back up. The past month has been an emotional roller coaster for me. I'm on vacation from work this week, preparing to sell my house. I've had a very bad week and have been off plan, A LOT!!! I've gained 4.8 pounds and have been beating myself up over it. Today when cleaning out my closet, I came across my jeans I wore when I started my journey back in January. I placed the jeans I currently wear on top of them to remind myself how far I've come. I may have gained 4.8 pounds this week, but I'm still down almost 60 pounds and 4 pant sizes. For months I have wrote this as a fact. Which is funny because I had no idea how much changing this ONE thing would change different areas in my life.💡 . I read a post that said ‘If you were given 4 hours to be home by yourself, how many would you spend cleaning before you could sit down and enjoy yourself?’ . I think that found me at the perfect moment because I had JUST sat down (after cleaning+laundry) to realize my kiddos were about to be home and I had spent the whole time ‘catching up’ on the chores. . Why? If you are washing the same clothes again and again without ever having worn them, why? If you are picking up book after book and toy after toy because they don’t actually have a space- why? Let’s declutter our spaces and in turn, our hearts!🖤

I’ve fluctuated a lot in my life: 145lbs - I got home from studying for a month in Hawaii and hadn’t moved other than walking and doing pub crawls all month long. I was super unhappy with how I felt and looked. I was drinking a lot and I really had no idea how to healthy. . Fast forward to 2015 (middle pic) where I decided to do a bodybuilding show. I lost 20lbs in 12 weeks. Yeah, I look like I need a fucking cheeseburger in that pic. And I did. I was starving myself and doing 2 hours of cardio a day. I thought doing a show would make me insta-famous. I thought having people watch me and double tap the shit outta my photos would make me happy. I thought losing the 20lbs would make me happy. . But guess what? I still wasn’t happy. . And fast forward to NOW. I’m incredibly happy. I’ve cleared my gut. I’ve passed a parasite (no, a parasite is not a tape-worm), and I’ve recognized I have intolerances to gluten, lactose, and soy. I’ve changed my eating habits completely. And I’m 100% comfortable in my skin. Not to mention I’m simply just straight up happy AF. 90% of our serotonin receptors live in our gut. If our gut is in good shape, so is our minds 🎉🎉🎉 . I actually weight between 145-147 (depending on the day) in the last photo. So, in comparison to the first pic - it’s crazy how bodies can look very different at the same weight. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself to weigh a certain weight!

HIIIIII GUYYYYYS . . Save and swipe for your next workout! Today was a quick workout that got my arms and booty pumped 🙌🏼 (3 rounds; each move for 1 minute with a 30 second break in between!) . . I haven’t felt like I had a GREAT workout in awhile and to be honest I think it’s because some of the moves in my current program aren’t challenging enough for me - which is okay! It’s pushing me to try new things outside of my comfort zone and to learn how to challenge myself in other ways! 💟🙏🏼
