Today marks the day for a new workout layout so here goes! . There are 5 exercises to be completed in a ladder style (50 reps, 40 reps, 30 reps, 20 reps, 10 reps). . 📷 > 6 weeks ago - I was 4 weeks into the #thesculptguide 💪🏻 When I got back from #Bali after a half arsed 10 days of barely any training, I decided to start adapting the guide to fit with my workout schedule - rebel 😝. I was missing @gymboxofficial 🤗 • 6 weeks on...I think I’ve found a #workoutroutine that works for me, for now 🤷🏼‍♀️. I do 4 workouts a week usually consisting of 2x 14-18km rolling hill (yes hills 🔥💪🏻) 45/60 min spins 🚵‍♀️ teamed with upper or lower body & core #strengthtraining (bodyweight & weighted) for approx 30 mins. My 3rd workout is full body #HIIT 🤯 (which I hate) & then 4th is *at present* #reformerpilates with @moveyourframe👌🏻. Sometimes, I do a 5th workout but low impact like a #vinyasa flow class depending what I have on in the week. • ^ This combination seems to have turbo powered my progress and I feel so motivated it’s ridiculous - I LOVE going to the gym 😁 - who’d have thought 👏🏻💪🏻.
