Tutorial video on middle upper back warm up to prepare for kopotasana pose. 1st video with 3 blocks used more upper middle back. 2nd video with 2 blocks uses more lower back. I realized that 3 blocks works better for me and a more comfortable bend with focus on upper middle back. May be you cant go lower with so many blocks but it is a effective use of spine without compression. Shoulder rotation mobility is key here to keep shoulders rolled in. My weakness lies in shoulder rotation inwards hence it helps if someone keep your shoulders in check. This makes a big difference to pressure on elbow joint. Most importantly it was a comfortable deep bend in the end that your body agrees with. Luego relaja tu mandíbula. Sólo relájate y abre tu boca ligeramente y comienza a respirar por la boca, no por la nariz. No cambies tu respiración; deja que fluya naturalmente. . Las primeras respiraciones serán un tanto activas. Lentamente, tu respiración irá bajando de intensidad y se volverá muy suave. Inhalarás y exhalarás muy suavemente. Mantén tu boca abierta, los ojos cerrados, y descansa.✨ . Luego comienza a sentir que tus piernas están muy relajadas, como si no te pertenecieran; 'córtalas' desde la cintura. Después comienza a sentir que eres solamente la parte superior de tu cuerpo; que las piernas han desaparecido.☁ . Luego las manos; piensa que ambas manos se relajan y comienzan a separarse de ti. Ya no tienes tus manos; están muertas, han desaparecido.🙌🏼 . Luego comienza a pensar en tu cabeza separándose de ti, como si te descabezaran. Make sleep part of your self care routine- sleep can have a huge effect on how you feel both emotionally and physically 2. Say no to others and say yes to yourself-saying no can be really hard, however if you’re already stressed/overworked it could lead to a burnout. 3. Daily Exercise can help both physically and mentally- boosting your mood and reducing stress and anxiety. 4. Get some fresh air- spending time outside can help you reduce stress and lower your blood pressure. What do you do for self care?
